Reset MFA
Go to https://entra.microsoft.com/#home
Find user choose authentication metods then regegister of mutffactorauth.
Send to user with problem:
You're authentication method has been reset.
Please go to: https://aka.ms/mfasetup and go through the steps, it should resolve your issues.
