[General] Remove Device from Intune / Autopilot
Step 1: Remove the Device from Intune

Go to Microsoft Intune

Find the Device
- Search for the device by name or serial number.
- Click on the device.

Delete the Device
- Click on "Delete" at the top.
- Confirm the deletion.
🔹 This removes the device from Intune but does not remove it from Autopilot.
Step 2: Remove the Device from Windows Autopilot

Go to Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Find the Autopilot Device
- Search by serial number or device ID.

Delete the Autopilot Device
- Select the device and click "Delete".
- Confirm the deletion.
🔹 This removes the device from Autopilot but does not reset it.
Step 3: Reset the Device (If Needed)
- If the device is still active, you should factory resetit to remove all corporate policies:

Manually reset: On the device, go to
Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Remove everything

Remote wipe (if still in Intune): From Microsoft Endpoint Manager, select the device and choose "Wipe".
Step 4: Verify the Removal
- If you need to check whether a device has been removed from Autopilot, go to:

Windows Autopilot Devices List:
Devices > Windows > Windows Enrollment > Devices

Intune Device List:
Devices > Windows > Windows Devices
Once deleted, the device will no longer automatically enroll when reset.
