M365 - Reset Password

To reset your Microsoft 365 password, please follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://portal.office.com.

2. Click "Can't access your account?".

3. Select "Work or School account".

4. Enter your username or email address and proceed.

5. Complete the CAPTCHA by entering the characters shown on the screen, then click Next.

6. You will need to complete two authentication steps, typically through Email and SMS:

Email Verification: Click Email to receive a verification code.

Enter the code sent to your email.

7. For SMS verification, enter your phone number to receive a code..

8. When the SMS verification code arrives, enter it and click Next

9. Once both authentication steps are completed, you can set a new password. Enter your new password and click Finish to complete the process.
